I help people build success on their own terms—with clarity, purpose, and intention.
I'm an executive and wellness coach who works with attorneys and other high-achieving professionals to create successful, balanced, and fulfilling careers and lives.
I know firsthand what it's like to chase success, achieve it, and still feel like something was missing. I was burned out, disconnected from myself, and sacrificing my health and well-being in pursuit of a version of success that simply wasn't sustainable.
Today, I have the privilege of helping others find the clarity, confidence, and support they need to build success on their own terms.
The Foundations of My Work
My work is informed by a unique combination of legal training, executive leadership, evidence-based coaching, and the life experiences that ultimately led me to this work. Before becoming a coach, I practiced law at an AM100 law firm and later served in executive leadership roles in the nonprofit sector. Today, I combine evidence-based coaching, strategic thinking, and creative reflective practices to help individuals and organizations create success that is meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with what matters most.
My Journey
Like many of us, I didn't know what I wanted to be when I grew up at the age of 17. So when I went off to college and later law school, I pursued the path that looked best on paper and seemed like the logical next step. I worked hard, achieved my goals, and eventually landed at a top law firm with a great salary. From the outside, it looked like I had everything I was supposed to want.
But beneath the surface, something was deeply misaligned.
I was burned out, disconnected from myself, and struggling to reconcile my ambition with my health, happiness, and sense of purpose. I had spent years pursuing opportunities without ever pausing to ask a simple question:
Was this actually the life I wanted?
Then, at age 28, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
That experience forced me to confront questions I had been avoiding. What mattered most? What did I want my life to look like? What was I willing to sacrifice in pursuit of success—and what was I not?
In some ways, cancer was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. And yet, it was also a gift. It forced me to stop, reevaluate, and begin making intentional choices about how I wanted to spend my one precious life.
Over the years that followed, I navigated additional challenges and transitions, including cancer survivorship, a genetic predisposition to ovarian cancer, fertility struggles, leadership roles, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and surgical menopause. Each experience reinforced the same lesson: success is not sustainable when it comes at the expense of your health, your relationships, your values, or your sense of self.
I became a coach because I wanted to help others find clarity sooner than I did. To build careers and lives that reflect who they truly are. To pursue ambitious goals, create meaningful impact, and do so without sacrificing themselves in the process.
Whether I'm working with an executive, entrepreneur, attorney, nonprofit leader, or organization, my mission is the same: to help people build success on their own terms—with clarity, purpose, and intention.
What I believe
Alignment Matters.
The most meaningful success is not built by ignoring your health, relationships, values, or wellbeing. It is built by honoring them. The goal is to build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
Clarity Creates Momentum.
Clarity is the foundation for meaningful change. When you understand who you are, what you want, and what truly matters to you, decision-making becomes easier, progress accelerates, and obstacles become easier to navigate.
Wellbeing Is Not Separate From Performance.
Energy, resilience, focus, and health are not luxuries. They are the foundation that allows us to do our best work and sustain it over time.
There Is No One-Size-Fits-All Definition Of Success.
The most fulfilling careers and lives are built intentionally, not inherited from someone else's expectations.
People Thrive When They Feel Supported.
Growth is possible on our own, but it is often faster, deeper, and more sustainable when we have guidance, accountability, and community along the way.
